1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Side by Side Therapy Staff Portal ( https://staff.sidebysidetherapy.ca), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the portal.

2. Eligibility and Account Security

Authorized Access Only: Use of this portal is strictly limited to active employees, contractors, and authorized personnel of Side by Side Therapy.

Authentication: You must log in using your authorized company Google account via OAuth.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Any actions performed under your account are your responsibility. You must immediately notify the IT Department if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

The Staff Portal is provided for professional use related to Side by Side Therapy operations. You agree not to:

• Use the portal for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security features or access controls.
• Use the portal to distribute malware, spam, or any malicious content.
• Share your login credentials with any third party, including other staff members.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Given the nature of our services, you acknowledge that you may have access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and sensitive company data.

Compliance: You agree to handle all data in compliance with HIPAA (if applicable) and our internal Data Privacy policies.

Prohibition on Extraction: You may not download, export, or share sensitive data from this portal unless expressly authorized for business purposes.

Reporting: Any accidental exposure or breach of data must be reported to the Privacy Officer immediately.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Staff Portal at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Termination of employment or contract with Side by Side Therapy.
• Security maintenance or system updates.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Staff Portal is provided "as is" and "as available." Side by Side Therapy does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure, though we make every effort to maintain high standards of system integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side by Side Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Staff Portal.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
